Dear Guests and Friends of Bankton House Hotel

As the outlook begins to improve, we have begun the gradual re-opening process of our facilities.

The safety and wellbeing of our valued customers and guests, our wonderful staff and the local community is our first priority.

Our meticulous cleaning regimes and daily housekeeping continue as always but we have taken a number of additional measures, some of which you may notice, most will be very discrete. These have been very carefully considered; primarily for your safety but also importantly to ensure your enjoyment isnâ€™t in any way compromised.

Subtle changes you may notice:

Hand sanitiser in our public areas and in each of our rooms
Improved express check-in/out facility; these changes are implemented to reduce any unnecessary gatherings
Until we are back to full capacity customers and guests will need to reserve a table for drinks or eating. This is designed to ensure safe distancing

We look forward to extending a very warm welcome.
